BYRON E. HILL, President & CEO

Mr. Hill has more than 40 years of experience in financial and general management positions, with particular emphasis in technology-related industries. His expertise includes merger and acquisition activity, managing financial turnarounds, SEC reporting, ERP system implementations, management reporting, treasury and risk management. Prior to his appointment as President & CEO in January 2004, Byron served as Vice President and CFO of ABC from June 2003 and as Chief Operating Officer from September 2003. Mr. Hill earned his undergraduate degree from Southern Illinois University in 1964, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

JOHN D. BUCKSATH, Sr. Vice President & General Manager, Pharmaceutical Division

Mr. Bucksath joined ABC Laboratories as a chemist in 1989, and has since held positions of increasing management responsibility within the company. John was responsible for the start-up of the company’s pharmaceutical CGMP Analytical Services group in the mid-1990s, and became Head of Operations in 2003. In 2006, John was promoted to Senior Vice President of Operations, and in 2008 was named General Manager of the company’s Pharmaceutical Division. Mr. Bucksath earned a B.A. in Biology with a Chemistry and Education minor from Central Methodist University, and a Masters of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.

G. SCOTT WARD, Sr. Vice President & General Manager, Chemical Division

Mr. Ward joined ABC Laboratories in January of 1998, and was responsible for the successful consolidation and revitalization of ABC’s chemical services operations. Between 2003 and 2007, Scott was responsible for developing ABC’s administrative functions, including Human Resources, IT and Purchasing, and oversaw the company’s contractual and legal concerns. Prior to joining ABC, he held various management and laboratory positions with Toxikon Environmental Sciences, Hunter/Environmental Sciences & Engineering, EG&G/Springborn Bionomics Marine Research Laboratory and Texas A&M University Department of Biology. Mr. Ward received a B.S. in Biology from Texas A&M University and completed graduate coursework at the University of West Florida.

KRISTEIN KING, Vice President, Marketing and Strategic Initiatives

Ms. King brings more than 20 years of service marketing and corporate communications experience to ABC’s senior management team. Prior to joining the company in 2006, Kristein provided consulting services to more than 50 companies including Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Aetna, Fiserve, First Trust Corporation and dozens of small and mid-sized businesses. Until 1996, Kristein held various marketing, creative and management positions with Great-West Life & Annuity in Denver, Colorado. Ms. King earned a B.S. in Journalism from the University Of Missouri School of Journalism and a Masters of Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.

ELAINE MCCOY, Vice President, Human Resources / EH & S

With more than 30 years of human resource and management experience, Ms. McCoy brings to bear the wide range of skills and expertise needed to attract and develop highly qualified, motivated employees. She leads the company’s recruiting, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits and training efforts, and oversees Environmental Health and Safety. Prior to joining ABC in 2008, Elaine served as Senior Vice President of Administration at Everest Connections, a broadband telecommunications service provider in the Kansas City area. Elaine has also held human resource leadership positions with Aquila, Inc., Payless ShoeSource, Inc. and Kansas City Power and Light Company. Elaine earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia and her M.B.A. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

TROY DEVAULT, Director of Corporate Services

Mr. DeVault joined ABC in 2006 to oversee the construction and transition into our new pharmaceutical development facility. Having successfully accomplished that task in late 2008, Troy assumed responsibility the company’s corporate service functions, including Information Systems, Metrology, Facilities, Procurement, Materials Management, and the Project Planning Office. His operations and management experience also includes manufacturing, human resources, health and safety and cost accounting. Prior to joining ABC, Troy served as Director of North American Operations, Linings Division with Vesuvius USA, Inc. a manufacturer of refractory products, glass, carbon paste and precast shapes serving the steel industry. Troy also has held manufacturing and production executive positions with A.P. Green Industries, Inc. and National Refractory and Minerals Corporation. Troy earned a B.S. in Operations Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

RYAN MCKENZIE, Director of Finance

Mr. McKenzie joined ABC Laboratories in early 2008 and oversees the company’s financial and treasury activities. Prior to joining ABC, Ryan served as Director of Financial Analysis for Salton, Inc., a worldwide marketer and distributor of small household appliances. In that position, he was responsible for financial reporting and cash management and also played an integral role in Salton’s 2007 merger with Applica, Inc. Ryan has also held numerous finance and accountancy positions with Scholastic, Sprint and Midland Loan Services. Mr. McKenzie earned a B.S.B.A. in Business Management from the University of Missouri College of Business.

NANCY A. ADRIAN, Director of Accounting/Corporate Controller

Ms. Adrian joined ABC in early 2008, bringing with her more than 20 years of experience in corporate accounting. For the eight years prior to joining ABC, Nancy was the Corporate Controller for Salton, Inc., a worldwide distributor of small household appliances, where her responsibilities included management of the U.S. accounting group, financial statement consolidations and SEC reporting, as well as serving as primary contact for annual audits and quarterly reviews of the financial statements. Nancy has her B.S. in Accounting from Southwest Missouri State University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
