Monthly benefit for employees who become totally disabled from work for more than 60 days by accidental bodily injury, sickness or pregnancy up to 60% of annual salary.

Vacation Time

Accrual starts on the 1st day of employment and you accrue 10 days in the first year. Staff accrues 15 days after 5 years, 20 days after 10 years and 25 days after 20 years of service. Maximum accrual is equal to your annual accrual plus 5 days.

Sick Leave

Accrual starts 1st day of employment and you accrue 1 day per month. Maximum accrual 42 days.

Holidays

ABC observes 9 paid holidays per year.

Annual Blood Screening

Reimbursement must be preapproved by ABC.  Expenses reimbursed at 50% for individual courses directly related to work and required textbooks.
